Section I: Who The Fuck Are You?

What is your primary timezone, age, primary language, and approximately how many hours a week do you play EVE?

Do you approve of spying, meta gaming, etc.? Ever had this done to you or done so yourself? Do you have any useful spy alts? If so PM the information regarding them to Krebs von-Runge.

Spying: only as a last resort. Meta gaming: Not in most cases (and if it's actually fun and within reason). Never spied but have been spied on. Nope.


List all of your characters, amount of SP they have, and what specializations they have, obviously characters meant for the purposes above can be withheld for obvious reasons as long as they are discussed with directorship.

Yes, I have some FC experience. As for special skills, I have the (alleged) ability to get spergy panicky scrubs to work together towards a larger goal.


How long have you been playing EVE? Tell us about your history in the game! Go ahead and make a novel of this.

A total sum of about 1.5 years, but technically I started in 2011. I originally started out in a highsec training alliance, but I pissed off a rather powerful and rich (for the time) roleplayer type who played the "scary mafia banker" type of character. As a result they wardecced and destroyed my highsec alliance. From there on, I realized EVE is a game about diplomacy and social relationships. I ended up joining my attackers and became a lowsec merc until we finally moved to wormhole space. I loved wormhole space but our corp was not ready for it. After months of struggling with activity, I finally decided to quit the game due to the lack of fleets our corp could pull off (we had maybe 7 active members).


I returned in early April for World War Bee, joining Horde within a week. I loved nullsec and the war, and began to really sink my teeth into the game. After 6 months of taking advantage of Horde's training subprograms, watching every youtube video I could get my hands on, and learning the history of the game's great organizations, I finally left the crib and joined Hole Riders in September. Fully dedicating myself to this corp, in mid October I helped stabilize it from a drop in membership that threatened the continued existence of the corp, stepping into a leadership role. I became a Director in Mid-Neptember. Leadership, PVP, and building a reputation and a legacy are where I live when it comes to this game. I love its storied history and am intent on Hole Riders becomes a part of that history.

Why did you want to join us? Where did you hear about us? Who refereed you to us, any vouches from members you know?

I wanted to join Hole Riders initially because I was broke and another lost VNI would've caused me to throw my computer at a goddamn wall. However, I remembered with some fondness the early days of wormholes and wanted to get in on the cloaky action as well. I knew Krebs from before he made the corp during WWB, so I found out that he had made a corp and started as a Horde daytripper. I decided to join a few days later.

Are you a Fuckwit? Shit Starter? Got any Tears or Salt to share with us?

I am definitely a fuckwit. I'm pretty low drama but I love a good laugh, so I'll fuck with people a bit but it's not out of a sense of malice. The tears and salt of the homeless goons from World War Bee was enough to fill my chalice for a while.

Section II: General Requirements.

10,000,000 SP
Our goal is to introduce people to the joys of wormhole life, train and teach. We expect you do your own research though and arm yourself with knowledge where you can.
Ability to probe scan well, with decent scan skills (Astrometrics IV + Supports).
Ability to listen and communicate effectively in English over Mumble and Discord using a functioning non-shit microphone.
Be active. We do not have an official kill board requirement. We do expect active contribution to the corp by PvP content generation or helping run our logistical backbone.
Ability to be a team player, and understand we are very communal. Willing to do your part for the greater corporation and your peers. We live by the ideals of Socialism and Distributism.
You must submit to full API checks. Full transparency. If applying on the forums you will still be subject to a short interview on discord as you would by contact or reference.
We require that you be self-sufficient in regards to ISK. The corp does not sponsor or run official PvE fleets as we are a primarily PvP corp. You are however encouraged to arrange PvE activities such as site running with other members. Also available are corp and private buybacks for Blueloot, Gas, Salvage, etc.

This is all acceptable and in line with my own goals in EVE.


Section III: Ship Suggestions.

Entry Level: Stealth Bombers, Astero, Confessor, Deacon.

I can fly all of these.

Intermediate Level: Brutix Navy Issue, Harbinger Navy Issue, Stratios, Sacrilege.

I can fly all of these, though my Sacrilege skills need a few weeks of work to be ideal.

Advanced: Legion, Loki, Proteus, Guardian, Oneiros.

I can fly a Legion and a Guardian, though each needs about an additional week of skills to be ideal.

Bonus Points: Armor Capital Ships, Faction Battleships, Black Ops, Capital Industrial Ships, Freighters/Deep Space Transports/Blockade Runners.

I can fly Gallente, Minmatar, Angel and Serpentis battleships well. I'm somewhat close to flying decent Amarr and Caldari battleships.


Section IV: We Love Our Carebears!

To achieve our goals as a corp, fact is a strong industrial backbone is needed! Massive bonus points if you have skills, experience with, or the desire to perform:

Mining Operations in <0.5 space, Mining boosts, etc.

Not at this time. I could fly a mediocre Procurer I suppose.

Manufacturing, especially T3 Production/Reactions, Capital Ship Construction, POS Management, etc.

Working on this

Planetary Interaction

Multiple PI characters

Hauling, Shipping, Logistics, especially doing so safely through dangerous space.

Training an alt for this

Blueprints, Invention, Reverse Engineering.

Not skilled into this
